Seattle Remodel & Expansion

Koketsu

In Seattle, I worked with Michael Quirk Building & Construction to help realize the construction of a house in the Central District. The existing house needed a new foundation, and the plans called for a large expansion including a basement, front porch, expanded living room, rear breakfast nook, and the addition of a second story with two additional bedrooms. As one of three carpenters on the project, I worked on the foundation retrofit and the new footings, foundation walls, basement walls, basement slab, floor framing, demolition and other aspects of construction.
